Information you provide
The booking form can include your name, phone number, vehicle type, license plate, selected service, preferred day, and notes. Booking submissions are processed through Netlify Forms so the business can review the request. Booking details are also sent through FormSubmit to Clarkmobiledetail@gmail.com for owner email delivery, and the selected booking day is stored as an availability record to prevent overlapping website bookings. No payment is collected through the booking form.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to questions, prepare quotes, schedule services, prevent overlapping website bookings, communicate about appointments, and provide customer support.
Vehicle photos
When you book online, the website may require interior and exterior vehicle photos so Clark's Mobile Detailing can review condition, estimate labor, and identify whether severe dirt, stains, pet hair, or other conditions may affect pricing. These photos are submitted with your booking information and should not include unrelated private or sensitive information.
Payment links
Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo payments are handled by those third-party services. Clark's Mobile Detailing does not receive or store your full payment-card credentials through this website.
External services & links
The website uses Netlify for hosting, form handling, and booking availability, and FormSubmit for booking-email delivery. It also links to Instagram, Facebook, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
